CEO

Dr. Eric Moore is the founder and CEO of Caya Health. He graduated from Oakwood University with a bachelors degree in Biology and received his medical degree from Medical College of Georgia. He completed his residency through the Florida Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program and received his master’s in Business Administration from Webster College. He serves as CEO and Medical Director at Moore Medical Group, and is passionate about whole person, integrated healthcare.

Dr. Moore is acting in an advisory role and is not seeing patients at Caya Health.
