Yiny is a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), EMDR, hypnotherapy trained therapist and is credentialed as a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional. Yiny specializes in care that serves children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Yiny is experienced in helping those whose lives have been touched by the destruction of addiction, trauma, and the struggles of mismanaged mental health. She approaches therapy with a holistic attitude considering all aspects of life when discussing remedies. She incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities to ensure goal achievement.

Substance abuse, acculturation issues and trauma, provides evidenced-based support in internalizing and externalizing behaviors, stress management, anxiety, depression, codependency, and PTSD. She uses different modalities of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Heart Centered Hypnotherapy and MI.
